Yesterday we talked about a good credit card that will save you a lot of money in interest, at least for 9 months.

Doing some research, I found a another that may be a good option for some people.

If you have a car (SUV?) that is a gas guzzler, you may want to look at the Pentagon Federal Visa Platinum Card. Being a Platinum card it may not be easy to qualify for, but if you do, it has several great benefits:

- Earn 2% cash back on supermarket purchases
- Earn 5.00% cash back from gas purchases paid at the pump
- Earn 1.25% cash back from all purchases you make with the card during each billing cycle

- AND, the best part is (For a limited time only) that you can transfer your balances at 2.99% APR for the life of the transferred balance (some restrictions may apply, check it out carefully).This alone can save you hundred or even thousands of dollars!

My disclaimer is that you should NOT be opening new accounts left and right if you want to become debt-free as soon as possible, but if it will save you money on interest, you can do it as long as you put a plan to get out of debt in place and start applying as soon as possible.
